Hexanova worked with Solis to redesign its content-heavy site, improve user experience (UX), and make it easier to search for and find key products.
To do this, Hexanova needed to understand users’ needs and how to best serve them content they needed. This included:
- Kicking off a discovery phase to define a clear strategy for the new site
- Mapping out key user journeys for both individuals and suppliers
- Redesigning the experience at key customer touchpoints
- Removing user friction points
- Crafting dynamic page layouts with interactive features
